DBR Grid are made of out of stainless less wire or any other suitable resistance material of std. dimmension. The required no. of grids are put in series to get desired resistance. This assembly is supported through a mica insulated steel rod with mica washers, which seperate the grids.This assembly, known as stack has two steel end frames for mounting it on the panel or the steel rod is bolted directly to the two sides of a box.

The design offers support by mica-insulated tie-rod, separated by steative bush/ insulation. The Grids punched from FeCrAI alloy sheets are assembled on insulated rods to have Ohimic value.
